God Is Like Love…

You can't see love.
You can't physically touch love.
You can't hear love.
You can't smell love.
Science can't prove the existence of love.
Some people do not believe in love.

Yet, we know love exists.
We know love is real.
We know the power and beauty of love.
There is the love of a mother for her child.
The love of family.
The love of best friends.
The love of lovers.
The love of soulmates.
The love of God and loving others with God's love.

Love heals a broken heart, hurt feelings, or wounded spirit.
Love inspires us. Love motivates us.
Love sustains us.
Love energizes us when we are weak.
Love makes us do great things or sometimes dumb things.
Love is blind.
There is no logic behind love.

God is like love.
You can't physically see him, hear him, or touch him.
Science can't prove his existence and some people don't believe in him.
Yet we can feel him.
We know he is real. We can feel the power of his love.
His unfailing love sustains us.
His unfailing love energizes us when we are weak, motivates us, and gives us hope.
We don't need any validation from mere mortal scientists whose life on this earth is nothing more than a vapor. Here one second and gone forever the next.
We feel and we know.

We can't see the love our best friend, spouse, family member, or soul mate has for us, but we know it's there. We can feel it.

We can't physically see God, but we know he's there. We can feel him.
