Getting things done -- part 1

1) Take a task for 50 min each .. and work on it

2 ) after each task take a 8 min break

3) Make a mental picture in your mind of the task you plan to get done.
                        * so if you want to read a book
                        * In your mind -- Choose the book
                                             -- Refer the index
                                             -- take few page you want to read
                                             -- now set 50 min and do this .

So , Choose a task --> create a mental image you starting that task --> see youself doing it
       --> then go and start doing it --> Set 50 min to do it .
